Processing & Production
Every order is made just for you. That means your item goes into production after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–14 business days
Australia: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way home.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right -- either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

For all other returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We offer refunds on a case by case basis. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
